KE × Xunchi Intelligence | Storage & Supply Chain Efficiency Improvement Project Launch Meeting Successfully Held

   To address the rapidly evolving market landscape and customer demands while strengthening core competitiveness, KE and Suzhou Xunchi Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter "Xunchi Intelligent") jointly launched the Warehouse & Supply Chain Efficiency Enhancement Project on the afternoon of January 6, 2026, in the company's training room. The initiative aims to cultivate team-wide capabilities and execution through lean transformation, ultimately achieving cost reduction and efficiency gains for the enterprise.

The meeting was attended by Jackson Liu, Director of KE, along with department heads and key members from the Information Technology Department, PMC Department, Logistics Department, Procurement Department, Quality Department, and Production Department. Additionally, leaders and expert consultants from Xunchi Intelligent Company were present.

The meeting was chaired by Manager Lin Yang from the IT Department. He first provided a brief overview of the project's background, objectives, and timeline, enabling attendees to gain a clear understanding of the project's overall scope. This initiative is expected to significantly enhance the company's inventory turnover rate, warehouse productivity, and distribution efficiency.

Further details on the project direction



Subsequently, Consultant Cao Jie from Xunchi Intelligence elaborated on the project's implementation roadmap. He categorized the project into five key areas: optimizing the integrated production management framework, refining the zero-inventory system, enhancing JIT procurement efficiency, addressing material warehouse obsolescence, and establishing a quality assurance program for incoming materials. Additionally, he delineated the responsible departments, their respective duties, and the objectives for each project category.

To encourage full participation in the company's lean improvement initiatives, the meeting introduced an incentive program for the lean production project: one gold, one silver, and one bronze award will be awarded, along with 2-5 individual excellence awards. Winners will receive generous cash prizes and certificates of honor, while teams failing to meet the targets will face a penalty of 20 push-ups.

After defining the responsibilities of all project members, Director Jackson Liu presented authorization letters to the project advisory body, steering committee, and implementation team. Led by Professor Cao Jie, all members took a project oath, demonstrating their unwavering commitment and resolute execution.

At the event's conclusion, President Yu Fenghua of Xunchi Intelligence and Director Liu Xunliang of KE delivered closing remarks. Director Liu expressed confidence in the project's success, highlighting the need for continuous learning opportunities within the KE   team. He affirmed that through persistent efforts and teamwork, individuals would not only enhance their skills but also elevate the company's lean management practices to new heights.

The kick-off meeting concluded successfully after all members signed the project implementation commitment letter. Participants unanimously expressed their commitment to actively participate in and support the project's advancement, proactively acquire knowledge on warehouse & supply chain efficiency improvement, integrate lean principles into daily operations, and collectively drive the comprehensive enhancement of corporate production and management standards.
