The event featured a ranking competition, with the top five colleagues who completed the lake circuit receiving cash prizes. Additionally, three supply stations were set up at 5km, 10km, and 14km from the starting point. Colleagues Huang Xuyi, Deng Kexin, and Li Linfeng cycled to each station, delivering water and fruits to ensure adequate supplies for all participants.

After three and a half hours, all participants successfully completed the trek, each checking in at the 18km marker as a memento. Their faces radiated with the joy of conquering personal limits.

In the winter at Honghua Lake Scenic Area, the vibrant energy and warmth of colleagues surged amidst the picturesque lakes and mountains. Participants unanimously expressed that this hiking expedition not only honed their personal willpower but also inspired new perspectives, offering them a fresh understanding of the concepts of 'fast' and 'slow.'

Meanwhile, the hiking activity also facilitated interdepartmental communication and enhanced mutual understanding among colleagues. Although the event involved competition, the journey together still conveyed the inspiring power of teamwork, reinforcing everyone's confidence to embrace challenges.

As night fell, the award ceremony for the hiking event was held amidst cheers and excitement. Manager Ran Xiaoming from the Human Resources Department was crowned champion, receiving a cash prize of 600 yuan. Manager Lin Yang from the Information Technology Department took second place with 500 yuan. Driver Huang Yongliang from the Administrative Department secured third place with 450 yuan, while Supervisor Lan Renbao from the Logistics Department and Driver Huang Huanyao from the Administrative Department, who placed fourth and fifth respectively, each received 400 yuan and 350 yuan respectively.
