As the seasons turn and new chapters unfold, KE convened its annual review meeting on January 21,2026 to assess 2025 achievements, outline 2026 priorities, and chart the course forward. The gathering brought together Chairman Cheung Mingfai , Managing Director Raphael Cheung, Board Members Jackson Liu and Bailey Wong, Director Cheung Wai, along with department heads and key staff, to collaboratively map out a new blueprint for the company's high-quality development.

The 2026 Development Plan Meeting was held as scheduled
Looking back at 2025, this was a pivotal year for the company to achieve its new strategic layout, as well as a year of steady progress, overcoming challenges, and achieving tangible results. We embarked on a new journey, maintaining our course amidst the fierce market turbulence with resilience and wisdom, and writing a significant chapter in the company's grand blueprint through hard work and responsibility.

The meeting was chaired by Manager Ran Xiaoming from the Human Resources Department. Fourteen department heads from the Marketing, Finance & Cost, PMC, Engineering, Production, Quality, PIE, Automation, Procurement, Logistics, IT, Logistics Support, Administration, and Human Resources departments took turns to present. Their reports were data-driven and case-based, covering annual target completion, key achievements, problem reflections, and improvement directions. They also outlined preliminary plans for their departmental work in 2026.

After attentively reviewing the reports, the company leadership engaged in one-on-one discussions with department heads. The leaders posed incisive questions and offered practical suggestions, to which the department heads responded with clear and well-structured responses. Through these interactions, the root causes of existing issues and future development directions were further clarified, fostering team consensus.

At the conclusion of the meeting, the company's leadership delivered speeches. Director Jackson Liu outlined the company's strategic plan for the next three years, emphasizing two key aspects: "anticipating risks" and "seeking change." He highlighted the need to enhance core competencies through cost reduction and efficiency improvement, developing customized supply chains, advancing process innovations, and implementing intelligent production scheduling. Director General Raphael Cheung and Director Bailey Wong underscored that serving customers is not solely the responsibility of the marketing department, but requires all departments to work in unison and collaborate effectively. Therefore, employees should not only focus on self-improvement but also strengthen interdepartmental communication and cooperation in their daily work.

Chairman Cheung Mingfai then reviewed the company's remarkable achievements and innovative breakthroughs in 2025, emphasizing that in 2026, while continuing to focus on cost reduction and efficiency improvement, the company will also prioritize AI development by integrating AI extensively into production processes. Through AI models, the company will enable virtual measurement, predictive maintenance, and anomaly detection with root cause analysis, thereby more efficiently meeting customers' personalized needs. As night fell, the company's leadership, department heads, and key employees gathered in the elegantly decorated banquet hall for a dinner. Before the formal commencement, Mr.Huang and Chairman Zhang Wenhui took turns to address the gathering, expressing gratitude for their hard work throughout the year and acknowledging every colleague who had silently persevered in their roles. They wished everyone a delightful meal and lively conversations.
