The first-quarter welcome and performance review meeting was held as scheduled
Spring mountains come into view as we embark on new journeys. To review the achievements of newly regularized employees in the first quarter and foster communication between newcomers and the company/departments, the company held its Q1 New Employee Performance Review Meeting at the training room on March 25,2026. The event gathered the company's Managing Director, department heads, newly regularized employees, and probationary staff for a collective growth assessment and a shared celebration of the new year's journey.

New Employee Performance Report

This session featured nine probationary employees who have completed their probationary period and are now on permanent contracts. The participants included: Shen Zebiao, Qin Jinwu, Zhang Zhanzheng, Wang Xiaoliang, and Yang Jincai from the Engineering Department; Hu Wenjian from the Quality Department; Liu Zifeng from the Production Engineering Department; Nie Chaofeng from the Logistics Department; and Zhou Xiangqing from Hengda PMC. The probationary employees took turns to present their reports, sharing candid and comprehensive insights on their job responsibilities during the probationary period, work achievements, learning experiences, existing shortcomings, and future plans.

Among them, some demonstrate exceptional skill mastery to efficiently complete tasks; others actively explore and innovate, gaining practical experience while proposing actionable suggestions for departmental operations; while others swiftly integrate into the team with colleagues 'support, adapting to corporate rhythms and leveraging their strengths. Each performance report vividly showcases the fresh-faced newcomers' vibrant energy and relentless drive for progress.

Subsequently, Manager Jiang Guanxun from the Engineering Department provided feedback to the new employees on their job performance. He fully acknowledged the efforts and achievements made by the probationary staff during their probationary period, emphasizing: "We encourage everyone to think critically within their roles, actively engage in professional development, and address any shortcomings. When encountering challenges, proactive communication and proactive solution-seeking are essential."

At the conclusion of the meeting, Director General Raphael Cheung delivered a closing address. Subsequently, Mr.Cheung presented commemorative gifts to each new regularized employee.
